The contest will be conducted in three rounds within university premises. All the rounds will

Tuesday, 06th October 2009
- This round will be open to all undergraduates of the university who had registered
- for the contest.
- Each Participant will have to give a prepared speech of 4-6 minutes.
- All participants will receive participation certificates from the Toastmasters International
Semi-Finals
Wednesday, 14th October 2009
- Best 12 contestants of the preliminaries will be chosen for semi-finals.
- There will be 2 reserves excluding the above 12
- Each contestant will have to deliver a prepared speech of 5-7 minutes and an impromptu speech of 1-2 minutes
- All the contestants of the semi-finals will receive certificates from the Toastmasters International
Finals
Thursday, 22nd October 2009
- Best 5 contestants of the Semi-finals will be eligible to compete in the finals
- There will be 2 reserves excluding the above 5
- Each contestant will have to deliver a prepared speech of 5-7 minutes and an impromptu speech of 1-2 minutes
- In addition, each of the contestants will have to face an interview session in front of the audience
- All the contestants of the finals will receive certificates from the Toastmasters International
- The winner will receive a trophy, gift vouchers and a special mention certificate from the Toastmasters International
- The 1st and 2nd runners up will receive gift vouchers and a special mention certificate from the Toastmasters International
